We recommend including four photos for each room type (including bathroom), and one for each of the key areas (amenities) that make your property stand out (common spaces, pools, dining, etc.). It doesn’t have to be professional looking – well-lit smartphone photos will work, but the minimum resolution should be 500px. The images spark travelers’ imaginations, allowing them to imagine staying with you on their next trip.

You don’t need to confirm any of your bookings. When a customer books a stay at your property, it is instantly confirmed online. This gives you the convenience of not having to check every request from every potential guest.
Two things may happen when a guest cancels a reservation. If a guest cancels and your property has a free cancellation policy, the guest pays nothing and you don’t pay commission. If a guest cancels and your property doesn’t have a free cancellation policy, the guest pays a fee, and you pay commission on the amount that the guest pays you.
No show? No problem. You won’t pay commission on guests that don’t show up – unless you have set up a “no show charge” for your guests.
In fact, we recommend that you make changes and update your rosters, as this will help you stay competitive.
You choose how you want to learn about all new reservations, as you can be notified in several ways. We can auto-populate your reservation system through your control panel, and send you an email.
If you need to communicate with a guest, whether it’s a personalized welcome message, or to check guest satisfaction during a stay, we have tools to help you engage your guests within your dashboard.
 
Yes you need to confirm any of your bookings. When a customer books a stay at your property or make reservation for other services, it is not instantly confirmed online.
This depends on the cancellation policy that you set. Two things may happen, when the traveler cancels a reservation. If the guest cancels and your accommodation or the service provided through you, such as car rental, tourist trip, etc. has a free cancellation policy, the guest will not pay anything and you will not pay a commission. If the guest cancels and your accommodation or the service provided through you as previously mentioned does not have a free cancellation policy, the guest pays a fee, and you pay a commission on the amount that the guest pays you.

Virtual Zone Entity (VZE) is an LLC or JSC which is registered in CA, which provides Information Technology (IT) services abroad and gets the status from CA authorities.

Under Information Technology, CA tax code defines following activities: the study, support, development, design, production, and implementation of computer information systems, as a result of which software products are obtained.

Not arrived (No show)? Don’t worry. You won’t pay commission on travelers that don’t show up – unless you have set up a “no show charge” for your guests.
 
Bank Transfer In the event that the traveler paid the amount online through our platform, we will, within 30 working days, transfer the reservation amount, minus our commission, to your bank account.
The VCC system will be activated soon, and you will be able to withdraw the reservation amount paid by the traveler directly. If you subscribe to this service, you can withdraw the amount through the POS machine located in your place of residence or office. All partners will be notified of this service if it is activated soon.

At the present time, all travelers will pay the value of their reservation upon arrival or through a bank transfer. This will appear to them upon completion of the reservation process, and they can also pay online through their credit cards.

To register your car for rental, simply fill out the registration form with your car details, such as make, model, year, and upload the required documents like insurance and registration. After submitting, your car will be reviewed and approved for listing.
